C-pillar with fin design
The C-pillar with fin design and the new, modern interpretation of the BMW Hofmeister kink in the side window graphics contribute significantly to the flowing silhouette of the vehicle. The fin design in the transition from the roof to the rear section reminds of the design of handmade automobile classics. At the same time, the large pillar surface suggests status and presence.
Panorama glass roof
When opened, the electric Panorama glass roof with slide and lift functions provides ample fresh air, while it creates a bright, light-flooded atmosphere in the interior when closed. The rear passengers adjust their desired climate via the control element below the air vents at the end of the centre console.

Integral Active Steering combines support that varies based on the steering angle on the front axle, and rear wheels that also contribute to steering. At lower speeds, it offers greater manoeuvrability and agility by turning the rear wheels opposite the front wheels. At higher speeds, the rear wheels turn parallel to the front wheels, to increase stability and comfort.
