Are BMW Service Centres open?
Being a globally responsible organization, the safety of both our customers and employees takes precedence above all else. Our service centres are now accepting bookings for service appointments. However, the service appointment and Pick & Drop facility will be subject to local curfew or lockdown relaxations as directed by local authorities. Please reserve your service slot via the online booking system.
Can I go to my BMW Dealership as usual to buy a car?

My BMW’s Warranty/Service Package expired during the lockdown period. What should I do now?
We have extended dealer Warranty Coverage and Service/Repair Inclusive Packages that are set to expire between 31st March, 2021 and 30th May, 2021. Up till 31st May, 2021. You can book your service online for your BMW.
Will my new BMW be delivered on the planned date?
Due to the uncertainty of the current situation, there might be a delay in the delivery of your car. But rest assured that we are doing all we can to ensure your new BMW reaches you at the earliest. Can I still test drive a BMW?

What is the BMW Contactless Experience?
The idea behind BMW Contactless Experience is to allow BMW enthusiasts to come closer to the BMW brand and its products without having to physically visit the dealership. Our BMW Product Experts take each customer through the product in detail using our online car configurator and other tools. Test-drives and car deliveries will be scheduled as per the local government directives on movement of vehicles.
