The iDrive control concept.

Maximum usability, minimum complexity: iDrive BMW 5 Series Sedan sets clear priorities. Controls for frequently used features - indicators, radio and telephone for example - are positioned around the steering wheel. Secondary functions are accessed via the iDrive Controller, with information displayed bright, high-contrast Control Display. Eight favourite buttons can be freely programmed: for example, to speed-dial a number, tune to a radio station.
